Delana has a wide range of experience managing programming staff and IT infrastructure including over eight years supporting a large volume call center.
Empowered with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington, she not only dealt with the day-to-day needs of almost 100 users, but managed to streamline processes and programs, establishing hundreds of business-to-business linkages to their clients.
Delana heads up our Fort Worth Division and makes sure team workflow and resources are allocated for maximum productivity and efficiency. She also does a lot of remote support for customers in Dallas and surrounding cities.
In addition, she monitors the network management agents, which make sure our clients get updates on time, are protected from malware and viruses, and ensure that important backups are successful.
She also manages our outsourced data center located in a co-location “hotel”, providing an access-controlled, secure environment.
